We stand behind the comfort and performance of every Dr. Mattresses product. If something is not right, our flexible Return & Refund Policy is here to help.

Please review the conditions below to understand how to initiate a return, receive after-sales support, and maintain the hygiene and safety of our mattresses.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, still in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Mattresses or pillows that have been slept on cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
  • Customized orders, clearance items, or special-size mattresses are final sale unless faulty.
Return Process
  • Contact our support team with your order number, product photos, and the reason for return.
  • We will schedule a pickup or request that you bring the product to our showroom, depending on the case.
  • Once the item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos or video. We will organize a replacement or repair under the manufacturer warranty. Visible damage upon delivery should be noted on the courier’s receipt so we can act quickly.

Refund Exceptions
  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Returns that do not meet our inspection criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
