Cancellation Policy
Plans change, and we are here to help. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the steps to cancel or modify an order before it leaves our warehouse.
Because mattresses are bulky and made-to-order items, timing is important. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of payment while production has not started.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are handled case-by-case, and costs already incurred (materials, processing) may be deducted.
- To request a cancellation, contact our support team with your order number and reason. We will confirm by email or SMS.
After Dispatch
- If the order has already shipped, delivery and pickup fees will be deducted from any refund.
- Custom mattresses or recliners cannot be cancelled after dispatch because they are tailor-made.
- You may still initiate a return after receiving the item by following our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.
Modifying Orders
Need to change the size, firmness, or delivery date? Reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. Some changes may affect price or lead time and will be confirmed before proceeding.
Refund Timelines
Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days through the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is issued.
