Delivery Policy
We deliver comfort straight to your door. Here is how Dr. Mattresses schedules deliveries, handles installations, and keeps your order safe until it reaches you.
Our logistics team coordinates closely with you to ensure every mattress arrives on time, in perfect condition, and with the care it deserves.
Delivery Coverage & Timing
- We deliver throughout Amman and across Jordan via trusted partners. Remote areas may require additional lead time.
- Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may take longer based on production schedules.
- You will receive an SMS or phone call confirming the delivery window and any required building access permissions.
Delivery Fees
- Orders above our monthly promotion threshold may qualify for free delivery within Amman.
- Delivery fees for other regions depend on distance, mattress size, and number of items. The cost is displayed at checkout.
- Any additional customs or building charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated beforehand.
Installation & Old Mattress Removal
Our trained team can install adjustable bases, recliners, and medical beds upon request. Please mention installation needs when placing your order so we arrive with the correct tools. Old mattress removal can be arranged for an additional fee and must be confirmed before delivery day.
Receiving Your Order
- Inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Report any visible damage immediately to the courier and our hotline.
- If no one is available at the confirmed time, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Please keep the invoice and warranty card in a safe place for future support.
